How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking boarding services at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during holidays. Grooming and training can typically be scheduled within 1-2 weeks.
What vaccinations are required?
All pets must be current on vaccinations: Rabies, DHPP (for dogs), FVRCP (for cats), and Bordetella (kennel cough). Please bring vaccination records.
Can I tour the facility?
Yes! We offer facility tours Monday through Saturday between 10 AM and 4 PM. Please call ahead to schedule your visit.
What should I bring for boarding?
Bring your pet's regular food, any medications, favorite toy, and bedding. We provide everything else needed for a comfortable stay.
